Producer Information

Saint-Émilion, Bordeaux

Saint-Émilion Premier Grand Cru Classé "A"

70% Merlot, 20% Cabernet Franc, 10% Cabernet Sauvignon

Château Pavie

Part of the Gérard Perse portfolio, this estate produces intense, unctuous, concentrated wines in an international style. Along with Château Ausone, Pavie claims to have been one of the first Saint-Émilion estates to be planted with vines, in the 4th Century. Following the purchase of the estate by Perse in 1998, the quality and consistency of its wines have improved dramatically.
