Cookies

The Company may reject, delay or remove emails that raise security issues such as viruses or that contain content/attachments that could disrupt the Company's network/systems.

The Company operates a Spam filter that may inadvertently result in genuine emails being affected.

Recording of Telephone Calls

To help the Company continually improve its services, the Company reserves the right to monitor and/or record your telephone calls from time to time.

The Company operates stringent policies in relation to data access, data storage and backup, transmission of communications and integrity/security of environment. The Company will use its reasonable endeavours to ensure that appropriate security is in place to protect customers against the loss or misuse of information the Company has collected from the Website.
